Toronto Wedding Checklist

Weddings are full of things to remember. Even before the big day rolls around, a number of different things must be in place. If you are feeling frazzled by all of the things you have to think about, take this checklist with you wherever you go (it can be printed and laminated!). This checklist takes into account things that should be done two to three months before your big day.

1. Confirm flower and food arrangements.
2. Complete menu cards and programs.
3. Order rings.
4. Confirm ceremony and reception location.
5. Make a list of people who are to give toasts.
6. Finalize vows (if you are writing your own).
7. Mail out rehearsal dinner invites.
8. Make sure venue bars are stocked.
9. Make a list of RSVPs.
10. Make a seating chart.
11. Confirm hair and makeup artists (if you have splurged on this!).
12. Contact photographer to confirm and plan before, during, and after photos.
13. Delegate, delegate, delegate – you can’t handle everything!

This basic checklist will make life a lot easier throughout the next couple of months. Remember to let others help you plan your day, and you’ll find that the entire event goes off without a hitch!
